Professionally Speaking
An accounting graduate of Merritt Davis Business College in Eugene, Oregon, I have worked in public accounting for over 20 years which included specializing in small business startups for Clark & Associates (now Grant Thornton). I later spent over 10 years in Controllership roles for closely held businesses. Through these roles I came to recognize the need and my desire to provide Controller/CFO and Accounting services to small businesses that are not often afforded them by large accounting firms.
My services diversify from providing small business bookkeeping and tax services, acting as part-time hands-on Controller through the start-up phase or performing periodic checks of clients with full time bookkeeping staff in place. I have successfully assisted clients by custom-tailoring accounting software and record keeping systems for them.
I have an easy-going, friendly style and enjoy training permanent personnel in using the new system or keeping the accounting simple for the small business owner to manage with periodic checks.
I also provide traditional accounting services such as financial statement preparation, federal and state taxes, budgeting and analysis.
I constantly strive to deliver the highest level of services to my client, using my knowledge, experience and resources to help them attain the satisfaction that comes with problems solved and goals achieved.

I am an active member of NSA, and ASWA. A racquetball enthusiast, with the bruises to prove it, I also enjoy camping, music, theatre and clowning.
